On Saturday, 17 May at Chilwell School Arts Theatre, the Lace Market Youth Theatre are entering three pieces into the NANDA Youth Festival.
An extract from Pride and Prejudice; A devised piece suggested by Jacques' seven ages of man speech from As You Like It - 12 short scenes using dance/movement/improvisation/script looking at what those stages might be today; and, a naturalistic piece created by the cast from a quote of Robert J Oppenheimer following the first successful testing of a nuclear bomb.
